WHEAT COOKING BOILER


One of the most important stages of the formation of bulgur is machines where cooking is made. The cooking process is performed according to the species of wheat that is washed in a certain amount of water taken into the boiler with a certain pressure under. The cooking boiler is cylindrical conical shape and has double walls. There is a certain dimension and specially designed sieve system for removing the excess water after cooking. In this way, all wheat grains are trapped in the same ratio of water and homogeneously cooked. It doesn’t seem any color differences in the final product resulting from cooking and unexpected wastage in the mill. As a heat source, the boiler is produced in two options as a steam feeder system and furnace firebox.
