PURIFIER SIEVE

Purifier sieve can be used in the cleaning unit of bulgur and flour production line in order to seperate of foreign materials like garbage, paper, straw, soil which have the different specific weights from main product. Beside, it also can be used for classification between byproducts. It includes vibro motor under the chassis and there are two layered sieve with suitable mesh sizes in it considering to product in chassis. The chassis body is protected by special vibration absorbing springs. The purifier sieve main body has inclined structure and the products make oscillate in the machine thanks to vibration movement. While the products such as wheat, stone with high specific weight remain on the upper sieve, materials such as garbage, paper, straw, soil pass to lower sieve and are seperated.
