SEED TRIEUR

It is the machine where used to make separating process by the differences of the shape of the grains. In bulgur plant, it is used for the separation of products which is a cracked grains, wheat grass seeds, oats, barley, rye etc. It is called the specific name of trior such as barley trior, rye trior which product wants to be separated. The pockets on the inside of the cylindrical jacket are designed according to the shape of the product. Due to the shape of the product, the wheat settles into the pockets. The product falls from the higher pockets, while the foreign matter falls from the pocket below. Thanks to the screw conveyor in the system which is parallel to the system, the grains falling above are collected and the separation process is carried out.
