After the pressing process, the product is hot and it needs to be cooled. The Pellet Cooler Unit is offered to usage by TOPRAKÇILAR MAKİNA and the pellets are cooled with the helping of the air system. The air at the outside is moved via forced flow in the cooler unit and it is provided to be contacted with pellets. In this way, the pellet temperature decreases while the heated air is removed with an aspirator.
The cooled pellet is empitied with the discharge system on the cooler. The discharge system is selected as penumatic valve and so it is capable of adjustable properties and it works in accordance with the capacity.
