Shredder Mega is machine that is used to get smaller sizes of materials such as wood, plastic and metal by rotating knives. The shredder machine was produced by TOPRAKÇILAR MAKİNA has double rotors and these rotors are connected each other with opposite movement capable gears. Thanks knives where were placed on the rotors it brokes and shreds the material by pressing considering to rotor speed. According to the hardness and size of material to be shredded optimum blade material and surface geometry are determined and designed. The knives can be used for a long time due to its made of special alloy steel and it works at the sutable speed with the reducer system. In case of overload, PLC controlled Shredder Mega machine prevent the jamming by it’s reverse movement.
