WALNUT PEELING MACHINE

It is the machine where the shells of the sorted walnuts are peeled. The peeling is performed by the horizontal shaft which is designed with a linear wedge system on it. The system is performs of the peeling process by rubbing of the walnut which is moving between the wedges on the horizontal shaft and the cutting system on the outer surface. Shell is evacuated by feeding water to the machine throughout the peeling process. Beside of walnut, almond and peanut peeling processes can be carried out with this machine and same technique.
