It is the machine that gives a transparent / glossy appearance to the surface of bulgur after the bran and flour was separated. During the polishing, certain amount of (annealed) water is added to the bulgur grains. It provides a polishing process thanks to the wedge system which is designed as a helix on the vertical shaft, bulgur pushing forward and it creats heat form here by rubbing of the bulgur in the jacket. The polishing outlet has an adjustment mechanism for calibrating, so that the color and transparency of the bulgur can be easily adjusted.
